Who We Are

Creating endearing
and enduring places.

Red Roots Communities is a real estate development and management firm dedicated to the creation and enhancement of endearing and enduring places. RRC is focused on providing affordable and healthy housing solutions in areas of need that have a high barrier to entry.

These areas are centered around resort towns whose loss of local workforce weakens the sense of community, social and economic diversity and sustainability. Our projects include both rental, and fee simple sale units whose pricing meets the needs of the area's workforce housing demands.
